Find Your Triggers

Step 3: Reintroductions

Gentle reintroductions

Once you’re feeling better, it’s time to start slowly reintroducing things to ‘find your triggers’.

Actually, the aim here is to reintroduce things that don’t trigger you, so don’t start with a thick slice of Granary bread and a pint of milk.

This is highly individualised, but typically, I start reintroducing lower carbohydrate above-ground vegetables, green beans, avocado, berries, a little watermelon.
